Tech is a People Business

It took me some time to understand the below, especially since I identify myself as an introvert. Without people, there would be no innovation, no collaboration, no customer service, and no company culture.

Important note

People are critical to the success of the Tech Industry, period x100. Looking back, behind every project stood a human being.

The initiator of a project is a human being.

  • A customer is a person.

  • A programmer is a human being.

  • The tester is a human being.

  • The user is a human being.

  • The person renting the office is a human being.

Do you get the point?

In my opinion, here’s a summary of how it looks in a nutshell:

People are the heart of the tech industry. Technology relies on human connections. In the tech world, success comes from understanding people. The business of technology is all about building relationships. Tech companies thrive on human interaction.

By putting people first, tech companies can create more innovative products and services, foster greater collaboration among employees, provide better customer service, and build a more positive and productive workplace culture. As technology continues to evolve and shape our world, it’s more important than ever to recognize and value the critical role that people play in the tech industry.

Wishing you success,

Łukasz.
